Eddie Kennison
Eddie Kennison was a newly minted wide receiver in the National Football League when he went to a seminar for rookies and was handed a card that read, "78 percent of professional football players are broke and divorced one year after retiring from sports, and, 100 percent of NFL players experience job termination. "That hit me pretty good,” says Kennison, who played for the Saints, the Bears, the Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs. As much as he loved football, he did not want to end up a statistic. Today, Kennison, 41, is a busy entrepreneur juggling multiple businesses. His story on managing change within your own life and maintaining integrity when yours is hammered is heart stopping.
