Developing the Ethical Leaders of Tomorrow

Being an ethical leader means going beyond being a good person.  As students and future leaders, it is essential that you understand that ethical leadership matters in everything you do.  Research suggests that employees who rate their leader as more ethical have more favorable job attitudes such as job satisfaction and commitment.  Ethical leadership is also associated with more helpful behavior from employees, and reductions in deviant or unethical behavior in followers.

The Formula 4 Success videos and activities are designed to appeal to students who plan to work for any size organization across a variety of disciplines and help them be ethical leaders in their business communities across the world.

Hear The Stories

Formula 4 Success is helping students just like you across the country.

"My favorite part of this video would be how Mark described how we could change the culture that we have today at the end, it was very inspiring."
–Peyton, Texas A&M University

"This story drove home that there is always someone watching our actions/decision."
-Adam, Rice University

"My favorite part of the video is when he talks about how he learned so much more from defeat than he has from success.  This is my favorite part because I feel the same way. You don't just wake up one day knowing everything. Frequently, you have to go through a struggle or obstacle to get to where you want to be.”

–Braylon, Arkansas State University

“This video is an eye-opener, in the sense that it points out that being ethical starts with the individual. It helped me understand that being ethical and doing the right thing does not only affect you as an individual but also people around you.”

-Temitope, Houston Baptist University

The video is so informative and thought-provoking. He did not like what was going on, so he left. In my career, I want to have that kind of confidence to leave the company because I know that I will not be at peace with myself knowing all the wrong things they are doing.”

-Juan, Arkansas State University

My favorite thing about the Formula 4 Success video series was that they showed me how I could change the culture that we have today, it was very inspiring.”

-Kaitlyn, Arkansas State University
